Meet Dr. Dannette Taylor, Founder

Families do not seek support because they want to become experts in systems, services, or long-term planning.

They reach out because something feels heavy, uncertain, or urgent, and they want guidance they can trust.

I am Dr. Dannette Taylor, founder of Serva Solutions Consulting. We work with families raising neurodivergent children and young adults who are carrying complex decisions no one prepared them for.

Our work is grounded in both lived experience and professional expertise. We provide structured guidance that helps families think clearly, advocate strategically, and build executable plans that move them forward with confidence and direction.

Why I Do This Work

Before I worked professionally in special education or advocacy, I was a parent navigating these same questions.

I understand what it feels like to worry about your child’s future while managing the day-to-day realities of school, behavior, services, transitions, and independence.

I know the emotional weight of advocating, planning, and making decisions that feel permanent.

That lived experience combined with more than 18 years of professional work in education and advocacy, shapes the way I guide families today.

My perspective is both personal and strategic, grounded in empathy and informed by expertise.
